Isabis' goal is to make sure you love your candle(s) as much as we enjoyed making them. While we do not accept returns or exchanges, you can reach out to us and we can see what we can do.
Orders are shipped every day (Monday-Saturday excluding holidays). Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your package. Each candle is made to order and we would like for your candle to at least settle 5 days before shipping.
Please note that, at this time, no order may be shipped outside of the United States or to non-U.S. APO/FPO addresses, excluding US protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.).
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a receipt of shipping confirmation email – the scheduled delivery date will be outlined within your shipment confirmation email.
At this time we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement. If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment. You will be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
State Sales Tax is calculated based on the taxing jurisdiction of the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Tax is calculated at the unit level as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain items. Additionally, some items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order. All applied taxes will be refunded if an item is returned, excluding tax applied to shipping and handling charges.
